Went to REI today and picked up a couple of small items in preparation for the Himalayas trip. I'm leaving in less than a month and still have much to do. Getting excited for the adventure.

Intraocular Lens Implants

Today I went to have eye surgery - more specifically - Intraocular Lens Implants. The procedure went smoothly and I will need at least a week to recover according to the surgeon. Should be able to see without halos around lights by tomorrow or next day. Looking forward to not having to put on eyeglasses in order to see!
