Safari Day 26-30 - Lake Malawi

Malawi is one of the more poor countries in Africa.  The scenery around the lake is breathtaking.  I loved it.  The people were very friendly and it had more of a rural feel to it.  It was nice just be in villages vs. the larger cities.  Drank some of the local alcohol with the locals.  Bought everyone rounds all night.  Set me back maybe 10 bucks.  Stocked up on a few bottles for the trip.  I think the highlight was a night dive in the lake.  Considered to be one of the best fresh water lakes in the world.  I saw some huge catfish and Cichlids, but must admit the visibility was not that great.  Very inexpensive, the dive cost like 20 bucks.
